Can I get some feedback on what Hard Drives are good for loading times, Bootup. But also just practically good for gaming . Price range not a problem but Not over say $600 thank you

Een SSD schijf is inderdaad wel aan te raden.
Als je vaak hetzelfde spel doet of gewoon bootsnelheid wilt verhogen is een SSHD een meer betaalbare optie. Ik zou echter een dual schijf doen. Een grotere HDD voor hetgeen wat je niet vaak gebruikt en een kleine SSD voor je operating system en meest gespeelde spel.

A good SSD will be limited by the SATA2 interface. You are using a 2009 CPU and a 2012 graphics card. I think it's time for a complete upgrade.

"pretty good rig" with that GPU??? Time to get a complete upgrade like SR8 said. I don't use a PC for gaming but friends of my do. They have better stuff than this and they are already upgrading again

On Reddit there is full test thread with over 100+hard drives tested.
You should check that out, off the top of my head the buffalo series were the fastest.

Before you consider buying a new harddrive, consider to buy a new system.
For 600$ you can buy a decent PC with GTX 1050TI with an I3-7350K and a good SSD.
